Joined the gym & walking. I am going through the MOS clinic at R P A & they have a huge amount of pre & post op testing. I see them every 2 weeks & I find that it helps I seem to be loosing a lot more cms than weight but thats ok. I have 2mls in my band & dont have any problems at the moment. The band is just a tool it will not loose weight on its own, but it certainly reminds me all the time. Someone called it their gatekeeper, I like that name
